TC:Nova Update 07/10/10

At around 12:30pm EST on July 10 2010 TC:Nova was patched for the following changes:


[Character Creation] Users are now limited from creating more than 2 new characters in a 24 hour period


We are also happy to report that the temporary OR engine tests that were running earlier in the day have been completed, and TC:Nova will be running as per normal.
